SECTION 11 – USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK (EU-COMPLIANT VERSION)

If you submit, upload, post, email, or otherwise transmit any ideas, suggestions, reviews, comments, proposals, images, videos, testimonials, or other content (collectively, “Feedback” or “User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in any media for the purposes of operating, improving, marketing, and promoting our Services.

This license is granted for the duration of the applicable intellectual property rights, unless you request deletion of your User Content, subject to our legitimate interests and legal obligations.

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the User Content;

  2. The User Content does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, image rights, or personality rights;

  3. The User Content does not contain unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, or misleading material;

  4. You have disclosed any compensation, sponsorship, or incentive received in connection with the submission of such content, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We are not obligated to monitor User Content but reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties.

You remain solely responsible for the User Content you submit and its accuracy. We do not assume liability for User Content posted by users, except where required under applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory rights under European consumer protection or data protection laws.
